Oh Happy Friday friends! I’m so looking forward to the weekend! My best friend is driving in from out of town to meet baby Jordan Nicole and I can’t wait! We’ve also planned a low-key girls’ dinner for Sunday and I’m so looking forward to some girl time! I started to feel like I had the baby blues earlier this week, but I realized it’s just because I’ve been so inactive for 3 weeks straight. I’ve become one with the couch with all the round-the-clock breastfeeding, and I finally started walking (just 40 minutes at a time) and I feel like a new woman already! I swear, putting on your iPod and rocking out and getting moving makes a world of difference!

Let’s get to this week’s weekend steals and deals! I’m ready to end this clothing spend freeze, it’s been about two months, so I might have to do some online shopping soon! Spring is on the horizon!

I got so excited when I saw these sandals back in stock in 4 different colors! I wore the nude pair all spring and summer last year and they were perfect with so many outfits. They are super comfy, fit true to size, and the heel height is perfect for giving a little lift without killing your feet. Mine are still in great shape and I’m considering the black or cognac for this year.

I’m breastfeeding all day long, so I’ve found in addition to a nursing bra, button-down shirts are super convenient.

date night options
Tonight will be our first date night in awhile (thanks Grandma for babysitting!), we’re just getting together for our monthly couples’ church group, so it’s a casual date night at our friends’ home, potluck style. Not knowing how things will fit these days, I tried on a couple things for potential outfit options.

This outfit is definitely more casual without the statement necklace, but still chic with the leopard accents. #rawr!
