Wardrobe Wednesday | Boho Chic Styles

It's Wednesday and we're already halfway through this week. :) I'm knee deep in several home projects with none of them quite ready to show, so hopefully, I can get it together today and focus on completing one thing at a time!  It feels a little chaotic to have multiple projects going on in different parts of the house, and I'm really looking forward to wrapping some of them up.

Today is Wardrobe Wednesday and I have one of my favorite things I'm wearing lately to show you- this Free People lace trim tunic. It's one of those items that I'd been eyeing for months and finally purchased and am so happy I did.  You know you really want something when you can't stop thinking about it! And considering all the ways you can wear this tunic (as a dress, swimsuit cover up, or top with jeans or leggings), it's going to transition nicely from summer to fall.  Especially if you bought it in a rich Fall color.

This tunic is even better in person because it's white with tiny grey dots that give it more personality.  I'm only 5'0, so even though the tunic is shorter in the front than the back, worn with boy shorts, it makes an adorable dress.

And when it gets cooler, you can layer it with a denim jacket. This one is no longer available, but this one and this one are similar at great prices.

And with this boho style tunic, I also like it with distressed jeans and booties.

These army green military pants pair well with the tunic and a pair of tan booties

And speaking of boho chic, this tank is easy breezy and perfect for my summer uniform of tanks, jean shorts and sandals.  It goes great with this bralette or this one, so if a bit of your bra shows, it's just part of the outfit.

Although our weather is still hot, since it's nearly September, I can't help but think about Fall fashion and easy to wear tops + leggings.  Slouchy comfy styles are perfect for easy weekends with Fall lattes and hot cocoa!

  1. Love that tunic!! Although...I’m 5’7” so I’m thinking it wouldn’t look quite the same as a dress - ha ha! Love that you styled it pieces for Fall as well though. :) Happy Wednesday!
