On Honey We’re Healthy: Bikini Contest Prep- 6 Weeks Out Progress Update
as a stay-at-home-mom! For me, it was a tough decision to leave my job that I studied so long for (4 years of college + 3 years of law school),…
Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been working on the decor in our guest bedroom, but knew that ultimately, I’d need to tackle the guest room closet as well….
Having recently moved into a different office building at work, I got the opportunity to choose a few goodies for my new office:) I still need artwork, so we’ll see…
My word for this holiday season is COZY. I’m feeling like hibernating inside my house with a warm blanket, cuddled up on the couch with a hot cocoa and just…

Hi! I’m Megan, mom to a thoughtful teenager and spunky young girl. We call Houston home and recently moved into our dream home. I traded my lawyer hat to become a full-time blogger in 2010. I love sharing my passion for affordable fashion, home decor, organization, & fitness to help inspire you to take care of you!

Thanks for the chart. I wonder how many people really try and follow the toss out guidelines? I try to because it gives me an excuse to go shopping! 🙂
Hi Megan! I wasn't sure if you were going to get a notification from the IHeartOrganizing blog comments, but I wanted to share with you here also that your makeup post inspired me to spiff up my own makeup storage drawers with Washi tape. Here's the result – http://www.the-organizing-boutique.com/makeup-storage-drawers.html. Thank you for the inspiration and have a great week!
