Fun Kids’ Lunches

Hi friends! I had some fun putting today’s post together, so I hope those of you who have kids or care for kids enjoy. I showed you last week how I organize my son’s school lunch/snacks to keep things convenient for fast mornings, but I admit it’s not very creative. It would be so great if I could get him to eat veggies and other varieties of food. Since, he’s 4, I thought he might be more interested if he had a fun lunch. . . .

First lunch is a rice cake “face” with broccoli hair, boiled egg eyes, carrot nose, and string cheese smile. Goldfish are swimming around the plate.  It’s served with Apple Fruitshoot
The “blonde, curly haired girl” is my favorite. The hair is egg noodles with a cheese and strawberry hair bow, a whole wheat tortilla face, orange and blueberry eyes, strawberry nose, and carrot lips with mini marshmallow teeth.  She’s served with Strawberry and Raspberry Fruitshoot.

Below is what he might normally eat, just cut into fun shapes with a cookie cutter.  We have a cheese sandwich, whole wheat tortilla heart, and a peanut butter and jelly scallop with fruit, raisins and unsalted pretzels.  I paired this one with a Berry Burst Fruitshoot.
