Necklaces and babies sometimes don’t go so well together, but, when I get a chance (maybe on a future date night, hint, hint to hubby), I’d love to don some…
Would you believe that baby Jordan is ONE month old today?! I really need to do a birth story post soon before I forget how she seemed like a tiny,…
Two of my posts this week focused on rugs, and now I’m here with a third post on the same topic. I found these awesome rugs recently and just wanted…
Hi! I’m Megan, mom to a thoughtful teenager and spunky young girl. We call Houston home and recently moved into our dream home. I traded my lawyer hat to become a full-time blogger in 2010. I love sharing my passion for affordable fashion, home decor, organization, & fitness to help inspire you to take care of you!
Love that series idea! I'll be clicking over to check it out. 🙂 Thank you so much for linking up with me over the weekend…what a nice surprise when I got home from NC yesterday evening. I featured your botanicals post last night! 🙂
Ohh, that blazing heat. We are in the Sierra Mountains and while usually already in the 80s we've had extremely odd 50s & 60s and lots of rain. And we never have rain! Stay cool or in some water! At least you have a great excuse to eat lots of ice cream.
It's blazing hot here in Alabama! I'm trying to convince hubby we NEED that pool NOW, instead of next summer….fingers crossed!

Hot here too! We were back in the gym this morning for the start of summer volleyball (and no…it's not air conditioned!!!) Can't wait for Courtney's series. I have something on Wednesday.

Wow – sounds like a lovely weekend, we had a day of sunshine in London on saturday and then back to grey and rain yesterday and today! Its meant to be summer!!

I'm in Birmingham and the heat has been stifling. Its been in the high 90s but the heat index has been well over 100.
I'm in Dallas, so it's a bazillion degrees here too. Not so great for playing outside, but perfect for ice cream!
You are so lucky you got rain! I am in Clear Lake and we keep hoping for some, but alas it never happens 🙁
Gosh, it's still freezing and raining here…it's supposed to get to 69 degrees by Friday…and I am SO excited about that! 🙂 Love Courtney's series this week…hopping over to check yours out!
Sounds like a lovely weekend! I'm jealous of your weather, thunderstorms included. This morning it was 53 and I believe now its bout 60. This Emerald City is often times confused when it comes to weather 🙂
I need to pop over for guacamole. My very favorite. Thanks for using my button! You rock.
I'm in Phoenix so it's HOTHOTHOT here too!
Our temps are pretty average, except last week we reached 78F. Yesterday was 72 and I burned. My stupid mistake.
Our weather is wonky… tomorrow the high is 68 with rain.
Can I get your guacamole recipe? I have one that's decent, but am always on the look out for a better one. I can't believe how hot it already is here! Ugh!
Love Pappasitos – I was just in Houston last week and made sure I got my fill of Pappasitos twice (including half off Fajita Wednesdays)!
