Banquette

Something about banquette seating just says relaxed and comfortable to me.  I love it paired with unique chairs and patterned cushions.  I originally wanted this in our home, but didn’t end up going that route because we didn’t want to interfere with the flow from the open living room to the breakfast room.  Maybe we’ll change our minds in the future.  For now, I can just enjoy these images.  3402647786_8144170acc_o 7-break *via Diane Bergeron  1210097226103_03 cascade4  3268070320_7522a399ab *Designer Annsley McAleer’s Boston home. 1. i LOOOOOVE banquet seating!!! We are thinking of putting a bench in our breakfast nook and we just bought a small farmhouse type table for the space. It is really old and chippy so we are deciding whether we want to refinish it or not. Fun, fun. 🙂 Looks like we have the same taste!

  2. I love banquet! I have been trying to figure out how to add it to my kitchen…but maybe it would work in the dining room??? Thanks for inspiring pics!

  3. LOVE Banquette seating. It's like getting the booth in the restaurant every time. Someday I will have it in a house. Just like someday I will also have a reading nook in every bedroom… or at least a window seat in ONE bedroom. I love cushy seating.

  4. Hmm, you just sparked an idea for our dining room/kitchen combo.
