I ultimately decided against the mural since we have wainscotting, but I still loved the scene and colors so I decided to do a play on a jungle theme.

and this giraffe that I couldn’t pass up from Z Gallerie.
I’d like to get a bookcase and maybe a small dresser, but his clothes may all just be fine in his closet since it has a built-in shelf. We are also going to hang his baby portrait in the room (sorry for the blurry pic, the canvas-wrapped photo is still in the plastic for safekeeping until we move in 2 weeks:)

What a cutie! When my son was a baby we did the jungle theme and we bought so many animals that he was hard to find in the mix. I think some scared him. I would love to have had that giraffe! We still have all the animals and now he is 10!
